Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to: info@interface-congress.de or via fax to +49-9321-92 97 851.

Cancellations received by May 18, 2012 will be refunded less a 50,00 € administrative processing fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after May 18, 2012.

However, substitutions may be made until the start of the workshop.

All refunds will be made after the congress.
