Description:

The PRO RETINA Deutschland e.V. is organizing the next Retina International World Congress in 2012. As part of this event we invite young patients with retinal diseases to take part in the congress as well as in a special youth programme (ages 18 - 35). The events during the week running up to the congress will give the particpants the chance to get to know the situation of visually impaired people in Germany, but there will also be plenty of time to get to know people from all over the world, while getting to know the exciting city of Hamburg.

Further information:

  • The age of the participants should be between 18 and 35 years.
  • The number of participants is limited to a total of 30, which means that there will be a maximum of two participants per country.
  • There will be no supervising staff present at the meeting to attend to people underage or with special needs. If you are in need of assistance or bound to a wheelchair please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Registration Fee:

  • Registration fee: 250,00 EUR.
  • The registration fee includes:
    • Accomadation in a youth hostel for the duration of the meeting
    • Breakfast and evening meals in the youth hostel
    • Public transport and admission fees to the planned events
  • Not included is the fee for the Gala Dinner on Saturday, 14. July 2012
  • The costs for the Gala Dinner are: 65,00 EUR / Person (all F&B included)
